Outlook MCP Integration for n8n

A business needed AI-driven automation for email and calendar
management inside n8n, integrated directly with Microsoft Outlook
to reduce manual handling and improve team productivity.

Solution:

Built a custom Microsoft Outlook integration using the Model
Context Protocol (MCP) with two Dockerized services: an Outlook
Auth Server handling Microsoft OAuth and an Outlook MCP Server
exposing Outlook capabilities to n8n. The system allows AI agents
to read, draft, send, and manage emails and calendar events
securely and automatically.

A team needed to eliminate manual summarization between Slack
conversations and ClickUp tasks — keeping projects updated
in real-time without constant context switching between tools.

A business needed an automated lead generation system to collect,
score, and store qualified leads from multiple platforms —
eliminating hours of manual prospecting across sales channels.

Solution:

Built an end-to-end lead generation pipeline in n8n that scrapes
leads from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Glassdoor, and
Indeed using Apify and Playwright. AI automatically scores each
lead by relevance and quality, then stores qualified leads in
NocoDB or Airtable for immediate sales action.
